The coffee mill at Kona Mountain utilizes a new advance in technology that allows the mill to recycle the coffee wash water while the skins of the coffee cherry (fruits) are mulched and used on the farm to help with weed control.

An organic portion of Kona Mountain is certified organic by the Hawaiian Organic Farmers Association.

Stop by the coffeehouse for sandwiches as well as snacks at the deli.
