This recipe is for a Japanese sesame Kona coffee drink – 4 servings.
- 2 cups hot Kona coffee
- 2 tbs sesame seeds
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 tbs sugar
First heat the ingredients together until the sugar and honey are dissolved and then simmer the mixture for another 2 minutes. Now strain out the sesame seeds. This drink is best served in demitasse cups.
