The Hawaii Coffee Association (HCA) is a coffee trade association for Hawaii coffee processors, growers, roasters, wholesalers, and retailers. The website provides information about annual conferences and trade shows. The Association was formed in 1995.
The Hawaii Coffee Association seeks to educate as well as increase awareness while promoting research as well as consumption of Hawaii coffee. The group also serves as a common forum that encourages participation and promotes development in all areas of the coffee industry. The Association actively promotes positive coffee legislation.

The Hawaii Coffee Association hosts an Annual Conference & Trade Show that usually takes place in July and is held in different areas throughout Hawaii.
In 2009 the Hawaii Coffee Association held its First Annual Hawaii Statewide Coffee Cupping Competition. Among the top 15 ranked coffees were coffees from four different districts. The Association names the eight state certified coffee growing districts in Hawaii as: Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Maui, Kona, Kau, Hamakua and Hawaii.
The Hawaii Coffee Association was the main impetus for the 2003 Hawaii State Truth in Labeling Bill to help customers clearly distinguish a coffee that is 100% Hawaiian from coffee blends.
